Just a quick update:

I recently finished up the illustrations for my first book (a collaboration with Jataran Productions) to be released in the spring of 2012! And also, look for my Raleigh-inspired t-shirt design that will be a part of You and Who's next set of shirts with the theme "Moving Forward." Buy a shirt and one will be donated to a local charity!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year... here's hoping it will be a prosperous one!

Wishing all my visitors a very Merry Christmas! Hard to believe 2011 is just around the corner!

Been pretty busy lately... working at Ambius to decorate the City of Raleigh for the holidays, and now starting as a Sign Artist at Trader Joe's. Perhaps I'll discover my niche in the back room of a grocery store? Hopefully the old, familiar smells of spray-paint and Sharpies will inspire some new art... if so, you'll be the first to know!

 OK, so when I say "Gallery Opening" you're likely to imagine a classy night on the town, music that is either a concoction of banging trash can lids, people blowing across the tops of glass bottles, and the world's longest saxophone solo or some new-agey fusion of scratching vinyl and up-tempo club beats, and folks wearing their grandmothers' curtains and pocket watch parts for earrings, swirling their wine glasses and contemplating the meaning behind the canvas target of some local artist's paintball practice.

All I really meant was that I finally uploaded my digital portfolio to the Gallery section of my site! You should check it out!

If I got your hopes up about getting out and mingling with the chin-strokers, I do apologize. I'm sure there are some local events that will satisfy your taste for spirits and sophistication. In the meantime, you can be a critic from your own home... I'd really appreciate your feedback!
